The Land
This land is part of a brand new gated community called the Awen, within a broader master project called Soy Tulum, that encompasses all the land from Tulum Beach to the 307 highway. There is no land closer to the beach that isn’t a beach club. This project has roads, electricity, condo regimen, and is ready to build.
To enter the Awen there is a private entrance off Ave Kukulkan before the beach. Then after a short drive there is another gate to enter The Awen. The Awen has a clubhouse, pool, restaurant.
