The Land
This land is part of a brand new gated community called the Awen, within a broader master project called Soy Tulum, that encompasses all the land from Tulum Beach to the 307 highway. To enter the Awen there is a private entrance off Ave Kukulkan before the beach. Then after a short drive there is another gate to enter The Awen. The Awen has a clubhouse, pool, restaurant.
